Plain terms.

The service. SafeTrace Field is software that helps inspection and testing operators capture field data and produce reports. The operator who signs a report is responsible for its content, method and conclusions. SafeTrace Field does not perform inspections, analyses or accreditation.

Your account. You must provide accurate business details and keep your sign-in secure. Seats are for named people in your organisation.

Your data. You own the jobs, photographs and reports you create. We process them only to provide the service, and we do not sell them. You can export issued reports at any time.

Billing. Plans are billed monthly or annually in Australian dollars through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Trials convert to a paid plan only when you choose one.

Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Issued reports and their verification pages remain accessible for the life of your account.

Acceptable use. Do not use SafeTrace Field to produce misleading documents, to impersonate another operator, or to store unlawful content.

Liability. To the extent permitted by Australian law, SafeTrace Field's liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
