Is there a per-report fee?
No. Every plan includes unlimited issued reports. We would rather you issue more than hesitate.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Billing in the app. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.
What counts as an operator seat?
A person who signs in and can capture, draft or issue. Clients viewing verification links are never counted.
Do you charge GST?
Prices are shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout for Australian customers and itemised on the invoice.
