Industry packs

Your trade's report,
already structured.

A pack defines what a row in the register is called, what the result looks like, which standard it is assessed against, and what the limitations and declaration say. Pick one when you create a job and the rest follows.

How recommendations are written

State how many samples returned positive. If any positive, recommend NATA-accredited laboratory confirmation (NIOSH 9111, LC-MS/MS) under chain of custody before remediation decisions. If all negative, state no further action is indicated on the surfaces sampled and note re-screening if circumstances change. Never promise a clearance.

How recommendations are written

List each result above the investigation level with its location and value. State the highest result. If any exceed, recommend remediation by a suitably qualified contractor in accordance with the national guidelines followed by post-remediation verification sampling. If none exceed, state that no remediation is indicated on the surfaces sampled. Never round values in the body differently from the table.
